- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST, unless stated otherwise.
- Product images are for illustration; there may be slight variations in colour or finish due to photography and screen settings.
- We make every effort to keep product information accurate, but we reserve the right to correct errors in pricing or descriptions and to cancel affected orders with a full refund.
- Availability of products is subject to stock. If an ordered item is out of stock, we will notify you and offer a replacement or a full refund.
3. Orders and acceptance
- Placing an order is an offer to purchase; a contract is formed only when we confirm and dispatch your order.
- We may refuse or cancel an order (for example, due to suspected fraud or pricing errors) and will refund any amount paid.
- You must provide accurate contact and delivery details. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses.
4. Payments
We accept payments through the methods shown at checkout, which include UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking. Cash on Delivery is not available at launch.
5. Shipping and delivery
Orders are packed with care and dispatched from our fulfilment facilities in Delhi and Jaipur. Tracking details are shared once your order ships. Please see our Shipping Policy for details.
6. Returns and refunds
Our fair returns and refund policy is described on our Returns & Refunds page and forms part of these Terms.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this website – including text, images, logos and designs – belongs to APANIKAH or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, APANIKAH’s liability for any claim arising from your purchase is limited to the price paid for the product concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Kolkata, West Bengal.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your order will apply to that order.
