How we dispatch your order
- Every order is packed with care – delicate silver-plated items are cushioned and boxed so they reach you in perfect condition, ready for gifting or for your home temple.
- Orders are dispatched from our fulfilment facilities in Delhi and Jaipur, India.
- Once your order is on its way, we will share the tracking details with you by email and SMS/WhatsApp on the contact details you provided.
Delivery coverage
We deliver across India. If your PIN code is not serviceable, we will let you know before dispatch and offer a full refund.
Shipping charges
We offer free shipping across India — no shipping charges are added at checkout.
Delivery timelines
Orders are delivered within 5–7 working days. Delivery times may vary during festivals, sales events and adverse weather conditions.
Receiving your order
- Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the parcel.
- Kindly check the parcel for any visible damage before accepting delivery. If the outer packaging is damaged, please note it with the delivery agent and contact us with photographs as soon as possible.
