At APANIKAH, we want you to be happy with every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, our fair and simple returns policy is here to help.
Eligibility
- Returns are accepted only for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Return requests are accepted only within 48 hours of delivery.
- You will need your order number and the email address or phone number used for the purchase.
- Return claims need your order number, photographs of the damaged/defective/incorrect item, and an unedited unboxing video (sealed package through full reveal). Claims without the video cannot be accepted.
Items that cannot be returned
- Items that are used, damaged through misuse, or missing parts or accessories.
- Personalised or customised products made to your specifications.
- Gift cards.
How to request a return
- Write to us at info@apanikah.in with your order number and the reason for return.
- We will confirm eligibility and share return instructions (pickup or return shipping address).
- Please pack the item securely in its original packaging. Any return shipping cost will be communicated to you before the return is processed.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm whether your refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
Refunds are made to your original payment method. Where a bank transfer or UPI refund is needed, please share your payment details when your return is confirmed.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If you received a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photographs of the item, and an unedited unboxing video showing the sealed package through the full reveal. The video serves as proof of the damage — without it we cannot verify your claim, and no return or replacement can be issued. Once confirmed, we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund with no deductions.
