We deliver across India in 5–7 working days.
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted only within 48 hours of delivery, and only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. To claim, share your order number, photographs of the item, and an unedited unboxing video (sealed package through full reveal). Claims without the video cannot be accepted. Confirmed claims get a free replacement or a full refund with no deductions.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days of claim approval.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept prepaid online payments via Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking). Cash on Delivery is not available at launch.
